Terms and Conditions Rubbish Removal M8

  1. Service Description: Our rubbish removal service involves the collection and disposal of non-hazardous waste from residential and commercial properties.
  2. Booking and Scheduling: Customers must schedule appointments for rubbish removal in advance. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate preferred dates and times, subject to availability.
  3. Service Charges: Service charges will be based on the volume, weight, or type of rubbish being removed. Any additional services requested beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges.
  4. Acceptable Materials: We will remove general household and commercial waste, including but not limited to furniture, appliances, electronics, garden waste, and construction debris. Hazardous materials such as asbestos, chemicals, liquids, and biohazardous waste will not be accepted.
  5. Access and Preparation: Customers are responsible for providing clear access to the rubbish removal location. Items to be removed should be readily accessible and not obstructed by other objects or debris.
  6. Customer Responsibilities: Clients must accurately describe the type and volume of rubbish to be removed. Any items deemed hazardous or not agreed upon in the contract will not be removed.
  7. Liability and Insurance: Rubbish Removal M8 carries liability insurance to cover damages to property or injuries that may occur during the rubbish removal process. Clients are responsible for ensuring access to the rubbish removal site and removing any obstacles that may hinder our team’s work.
  8. Cancellation and Rescheduling: Customers may cancel or reschedule appointments with at least 24 hours’ notice. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in a cancellation fee.
  9. Disposal of Waste: Rubbish Removal M8 will dispose of rubbish in compliance with local laws and regulations.  Hazardous or prohibited materials will not be accepted for removal.
  10. Additional Services and Fees: Additional services such as heavy lifting, special item removal, or extra labor may incur additional fees. These will be communicated to the customer before the service is provided.
  11. Customer Cooperation: Customers are expected to cooperate with our staff during the rubbish removal process, including providing necessary information and following safety instructions.
  12. Indemnification: Customers agree to indemnify and hold us harmless against any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the rubbish removal service, except for those resulting from our gross negligence or wilful misconduct.
  13. Force Majeure: Our company shall not be liable for any delays or failures to perform due to circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters or acts of God.
  14. Payment Terms: Payment is due upon completion of the rubbish removal service, unless otherwise specified in the contract. Late payments may be subject to interest charges or penalties as outlined in the agreement.

By engaging our rubbish removal services, customers agree to these terms and conditions in their entirety. These terms may be subject to change without prior notice, and any updates will be communicated to customers accordingly.
